It was a normal sunny day for Hikers of the Mount Ontake in Japan which resides between Nagano and Gifu prefectures with a summit of 10,000 feet and usually is the busiest days of the year as Spring covers the entire mountain into one hell of beauty, that's when the unexpected happened, The Mount Ontake which hasn't erupted for past 7 years suddenly started erupting as the ashes and smoke from the billowing gray cloud instantly covered the entire surrounding area as natives and hikers tried to flee the spot but being a sloppy mountainside nobody got enough time to flee as Hikers desperately tried to take shelter in lodges or behind stones leaving 250 hikers stranded with one of them catching the whole incident live on camera as they are easily caught up by the billowing gray clouds of smoke and ashes while fleeing in a matter of seconds. Hearing the news about the Eruption Rescue workers and Defense Force soldiers quickly started their search and rescue mission for finding missing climbers and survivors on the top of Mount Ontake but the Emergency rescue operation was often had to be put off due to toxic gases while several hikers and natives were rescued, a toll of 30 hikers were found dead near the peak of the Mountain all succumbed to the poisonous gases coming out of the mountain.

Meanwhile Japanese Times reported that it was Country's first Volcanic Eruption causing any fatalities since 1991 while warning Visitors and Hikers to stay away from the Eruption site of Mount Ontake as it is just the starting and that there is high chance large chunks of debris falling from the affected area. Meanwhile the Rescue operations were frequently hampered due to unknown effect of eruption on Helicopters and the Poisonous gases as the Air Traffic was diverted from the area while many are feared dead or trapped in the Area.
Above you can have a look at how quickly the erupted fumes of ashes and smoke covered the entire Mount Ontake as several dozens of people are still trapped in the buried ash and rocks. The Most shocking part apart from the footage is the before and after photos of the landscape which has turned from Green and spring laden land into a barren dust covered land which just looks like a Snowfall. More than 600 rescue workers have been deployed in the area since eruption and wish the Emergency Operations are a success before the Giant Mount Ontake gives them an another shock.
